Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1964, Paul Ludwig approaches painting not only with a strong Mid-Western work ethic, but with sharply focused attention to detail as well. He has been a Delray Beach, Florida local for over thirty-five years and has recently flourished into the art scene. 

Each canvas is unique.  Meeting the challenge of making art, the expressive process of it—conceiving an idea, choosing a color scheme, laying in first strokes, using unconventional tools, adding found material, and sharing the finished results—is eminently gratifying and rewarding to him.  The influence of world-wide travel and the appreciation of various cultures inform and define the significance of each piece.
